All brands, products, services, and process names appearing on www.washingtoncuts.com are trademarks of their respective holders. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any license or right under any patent, copyright, trademark, or another intellectual property right of WashingtonCuts LLC. or any third party, except as expressly granted herein.

This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. In addition, this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors; information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. WashingtonCuts LLC. may reserve the right to refuse service cancel orders at its discretion, including without limitation if WashingtonCuts believes that the customer violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of WashingtonCuts LLC. Any photographs received by WashingtonCuts LLC. regarding commissioned portraits are permanently deleted on the last day of the year. Any and all portraits are considered the property of the artist, © WashingtonCuts LLC., and may or not be retained digitally.

SHIPPING

WashingtonCuts LLC. ships to the United States and APO addresses, as well as internationally. Orders are shipped USPS first class uninsured. WashingtonCuts LLC. is not responsible in any way for typographical errors that are the fault of the customer, and any additional shipping costs in such cases are the customer's responsibility. Any order marked as delivered cannot be refunded. Shipments that have not been marked delivered by the USPS and have not arrived within 30 business days of the date of shipment will be re-created and re-sent by WashingtonCuts LLC. If the shipment arrives damaged, WashingtonCuts LLC must be notified within 7 days of receiving a damaged shipment. To receive a replacement order for the damaged item, the notification must be made to WashingtonCuts LLC. within 7 days of receiving the shipment, a photo of the damage must be provided. There are no refunds on lost or damaged shipments or missing shipments marked as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the varying international shipping costs, if the International shipping minimum applied to your cart does not adequately cover shipping costs, an additional invoice to cover excess shipping expenses may be sent to the email address given at checkout. All orders are shipped USPS, uninsured, and any customs, import duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient's responsibility at the time of delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs agency. Delivery times may vary significantly.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location of the order.

WARRANTIES

Using this site, you assume the risk that the content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or not meet your needs and requirements. WashingtonCuts LLC. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement concerning content. WashingtonCuts LLC. accepts payment via PayPal and Wix. WashingtonCuts LLC. reserves the right to change payment procedures at any time without prior notice. The customer agrees to both PayPal, WIX, and WashingtonCuts LLC. terms and conditions by making a payment via PayPal.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of WashingtonCuts LLC., returns and exchanges are not accepted.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

Not all products or services described are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. WashingtonCuts LLC. reserves the right to limit the provision of products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction desired and determined the quantity of products or services provided.

GOVERNING LAW

In the event of litigation, both parties agree with the Law of the State of business registration of WashingtonCuts LLC. shall apply, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and WashingtonCuts LLC. with respect to this Web site. Terms and Conditions supersede all prior communications, written or verbal, with respect to this Web site.
