National Museum of African American History and Culture

I was commissioned to create silhouettes of an enslaved woman, male, and of a enslaved man picking cotton with a large bag that holds cotton on his back.

The silhouette can seen on the bottom floor of the museum in the Slavery and Freedom Gallery and on the label panel around the large bale of cotton in the museum under To Pick a Bale of Cotton.
